1) Cotton Fabrics and Sizes:

Popular Cotton Fabric: 60s Cotton, 80s Cotton, Silk Cotton (30% Silk, 70% Cotton)

Popular Scarf Sizes:35x35cm,44x44cm,55x55cm,70x70cm,90x90cm, 53x170cm, 67x180cm.

If need new sizes, the width should not be more than 140cm,suggest size is 55,70,90cm,more economical

2) Design and Color Matching:

    Design Format: TIFF,JPG,PDF,PSD,AI.

    Design Resolution: Above 150DPI.

    Design Color Mode:CMYK,RGB.

    Color Matching:Screen Printng need Pantone number to match colors. Can't guarantee 100%

    matching,can achieve above 90%. Digital Printing have little color difference, it's unavoidable.

3) Sample Approval and Mass Production:

     If need make samples before prodution, sample cost:

     1.Digital Printing:$25-$40/pc.

     2.Screen Printing:$35/color.

     3.Sample time: 7-10 days, time may have few days delay if factory is very busy .

     4.Nomal mass production time: 20-25 days after sample approved and finished 30% Deposit.

     5.If large quantity:over 5000pcs, then need about 30-35 days.

4) Printing Methods :

Two kinds of Printing: Digital Printing and Hand Screen Printing (same printing way like Hermes) 

Screen Printing: Silk screens need to be created first to do screen printing, each set of color will need on screen, screen cost: 35/color, if quantity can reach 100pcs and design is not suitable, then the screen printing will be suggested.

Digital printing,:

Digital Printing is like ink jet printing: what you scan is what we print on the silk. It is more suitable for scarves with complicated and abstract designs in which color tones can be too varied to be managed by screen print. Digital print sample cost: 25-40/pc. if the quantity is small, then the digital print will be better.

5) Hemming and Tassel:

Hand rolling edge will make scarves be more elegant and beautiful, our hemming workers have more than15 years experience to make sure high quality hand hemming for the custom silk scarf, and will be no extra cost .

Machine stitch is common way. Have Triangle machine hemming and straight machine hemming.

Fringe: we also have fringe, the normal fringe length is about 1-2cm,according to your need.

6) Label and Packing:

Custom Logo label or standard washing/composition tag will be put on each of scarf.

Custom-made label cost:$50/50pcs.

Every piece of your scarves will be packed in PP bag individually.

7) Shipping and Delivery:
